Social Security Card Center Opening in Minneapolis

If you need a Social Security number or card and live in the following counties:
Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington
You must go to the new Social Security Card Center (effective November 16th):

Minneapolis, MN 55404
Office Hours: 9a.m.- 4p.m.
For all other Social Security services, visit Social Security online at www.socialsecurity.gov, or call 1-800-772-1213 (Voice) or 1-800-325-0778 (TTY).
